This was planned as a lathe-cut record, but the cutting diamond went to hell and the plant has to shut it's doors. So cassette tape seems to be an adequate medium for this retro electronica. It reminds me pretty much on electronic music pioneer Bruce Haack. It's playful funny synthesizer muzak like an analogue bubble bath.
If you like mentioned Bruce Haack or Finland Synth Ensemble Aavikko, this is for you.

Fun fact: the bandcamp header of MMC is labeled with VEB Leuna Werke "Walter Ulbricht" DDR - it was the one of the biggest and stinkiest chemical industial plant in former socialistic Germany, where I grow up (not in Leuna!). So thumbs up for using this and riding the wave of retro socialistic style.
