Jeremy Jay
2010 - Dead Letters EP
Genre: Singer-Songwriter, Twee/Indie Pop
Label: Domino Publishing
As you might know, Jeremy Jay isn´t that "classical" type of singer-songwriter, like...you know, a guy with a guitar singing about love and stuff, although I tagged it with that label. It´s just for reasons of simplification...so that you know, this is a guying surrounded by a band, doing most of the work himself ;)
Anyways..he might also be singing about love and stuff, but in a more "dandy" (if anybody knows what i mean) or glamorous (twee)-pop-style...on one side it´s very laid-back and smooth mostly due to his voice and on the other side very danceable with this "synthie" or "glam-rock"-style...kind of hard to describe^^
So...this new EP is soooo fresh and new, that there´s neither a cover art yet nor any announcement at domino publishing to get in touch for a physical copy.
So grab it exclusively here (actually he himself (?) posted it over at last.fm)
